We process most orders within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Customers can choose between standard shipping (14–20 days) or expedited shipping (7–14 days), with estimated delivery times and shipping rates clearly shown at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress, and international shipping is available to select countries.

If you are not satisfied with your product, you can contact a sales representative within 14 days of the date of purchase to receive a refund of your purchase price.
For all 14-day returns, the product should be sent back intact in the original packaging, which should also be in good condition. If returned goods do not meet these requirements the refund request will not be accepted.
